Responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing action (both in content, functionality, and process) to improve user experience and conversion on company website and other digital platforms.

The role leverages technical knowledge of web, social and email in the disciplines of analytics, conversion best practices, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), etc. to establish recommendations, serve as a liaison between Marketing and IT, partnering with IT to drive technical work aligned to marketing strategy and measure post-implementation results to quantify impact.

An individual contributor who actively works with the IT and/or partnering agencies to guide design conversations aligned to website framework and components.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deep understanding of the technical requirements of a CMS and anticipating future requirements. 
  • Accountable for partnering with the Product Owner to socialize and understand the business value for new features/modules as required. 
  • Understand, update, implement, and maintain technical procedures for the marketing team. 
  • Act as a point of contact for developers in providing additional clarity on business requirements. 
  • Establish knowledge of the Sitecore CMS tool for content updates and user experience changes. 
  • Understand and organize third-party requirements for digital environments. 
  • Ability to QA marketing team content authoring work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Project Management & Communication:

  • Responsible for working with affiliate leaders to understand needs and architect solutions.
  • Leads technical conversations with marketing stakeholders and advises management on insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to visually or orally represent requirements and facilitate brainstorming/problem solving as needed.
  • Oversee execution plan with needed cross-team partners and resources, ensuring on-time delivery.

Data Analysis & Planning:

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data tracking software.
  • Gather data from various digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website analytics to make informed decisions
  • Understanding the measurement of marketing efforts by considering key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Comprehension of research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of digital marketing experience in a hands-on implementation role
  • Must be familiar with technical CMS functionality – Sitecore-specific experience preferred
  • Ability to implement website recommendations independently or in conjunction with IT partners
  • Experience with basic site analysis tools like Google Analytics

  • Communicates effectively, collaborative, and team player
  • Proactive in organizing work and anticipating the needs of team members, business partners, and leaders
  • Ability to be nimble and manage through the gray areas

COMPENSATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $37.14 to 57.56 per hour.
