Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with technical expertise, creativity, and a data-driven mindset. This role focuses on maintaining our web presence, optimizing SEO, and using data to improve user experience and engagement. A strong background in digital marketing and a passion for creating customer centric digital experiences is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and maintain content for multiple websites utilizing various content management systems. 
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for new web developments to ensure quality and functionality. 
  • Collaborate with business owners, UX, and web developers to create and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Optimize and manage organic SEO content for web, video, and social media. 
  • Stay up to date on AI and LLMs, applying insights to improve SEO and overall web performance. 
  • Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize overall effectiveness. 
  • Create personalized content experiences, delivering targeted messaging to diverse audience segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.

  • Bachelor's degree marketing, digital media, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role. 
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush). 
  • Experience with personalization platforms like Acquia and A/B testing tools such as VWO is a plus. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for content implementation and customization. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with optimizing web content for search engines. 
  • Ability to analyze web metrics and translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. 
  • A passion for learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.
