ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates with the VP of Marketing and Communications, Brand and Communications Manager, Graphic Designer, and other internal Groves stakeholders to manage the execution of GLO’s marketing and communication efforts, ensuring consistency of brand, voice, and tone. They will ensure this work is optimized and performed successfully.
Using WordPress, they will oversee GLO’s website including content management, publishing, optimization, and maintenance.
Using Marketo, they will oversee GLO’s email, events and newsletter communication. They will be helping to create distribution lists and building out campaigns and programs.
Using Asana, they will intake Marketing Requests, schedule, and manage workflow.

They will communicate and collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and work with other marketing team members to develop high-performing solutions that ensure goals and objectives are met.
