Job Overview:
Your role is both front facing to clients as well as working in the background to implement strategies and tactics. We are looking for someone with the confidence and experience to recommend digital strategy as well as the technical skills to execute campaigns and dissect the data for reporting. In this role you’ll need to manage multiple projects at the same time and be able to navigate multiple aspects of digital marketing. You’ll have direct communication with clients and have the ability to recommend and implement new and emerging digital strategies and tactics. Organization and communication skills are key. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take charge and lead initiatives while working with agency staff as required to complete each assignment, including account service, creative and digital teams. You will report directly to the Director of Digital.
Selling:
This role will Support the agency in pitching and winning digital work including collaborating and writing proposals/RFPs and presenting in front of clients. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be able to recommended budgets and project pricing for multiple executions. You will also be in charge of organically growing current client’s digital platforms where and when there is opportunity. You should be articulate and confident in your recommendations and proposed strategies.
Execution:
Once a pitch or sale has been completed the Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the client to establish the project or campaign goals, budget and timeline. A strategy will be developed that outlines recommendations and specific executions that will meet or exceed the project details and goals. You will establish the estimates, set up the digital projects/jobs, develop a project brief, assist in briefing the teams, and oversee creative throughout each phase of work to ensure best practices and campaign strategy are being met. Once developed you’ll collaborate for presentations with client, manage revisions and final deliverables to deliver a complete execution for the campaign/project.
Analysis & Reporting:
The ideal candidate will utilize custom reporting templates to deliver to clients during or at the conclusion of a campaign. They will analyze the success or failure of creative, messaging, strategy, placement, CTR, etc. and make recommendations to change the aspects of the campaign that are not working or adjustments that could be used to gather better results. They will be expected to define and report on key performance indicators to support digital plans and strategies, implement these measurements, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success and complete strategic assessments for each of our clients.
