WSC is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead/support the development and execution of digital strategies and campaigns for WaterStreet Creativeand its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of digital strategies, campaigns and platforms, including, efforts in selling digital services like Programmatic, Geo Targeting, Geo Fencing, SEO and Social Media campaigns, video and other emerging technologies. 
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop relevant analytics reports, including analysis and recommendations across all channels for defined programs. 
  • Conduct audits of client’s existing digital marketing efforts and develop strategies and tactics for optimization 
  • Be an Account Team member managing accounts to lead the development of strategies that leverage the power of the entire digital ecosystem. 
  • Work alongside internal agency teams to develop fully integrated digital marketing strategies and solutions that deliver on their clients’ business and marketing objectives 
  • Candidate must be a problem-solver and innovator who will look for ideas and solutions through analytics, technology trends and audience insights to influence brand/marketing strategies 
  • Provide consultation and guidance to clients and internal teams on various areas of digital marketing communications. 
  • Support business development efforts with creative and strategic content/input. 
  • Identify key digital trends and insights to make business decisions. 
  • Leverage research tools and data to form strategic approaches that are driven by actionable insights.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience developing, custom digital strategies/tactics within a marketing, PR and/or advertising agency environment (If you do not have previous agency experience, tell us what you can bring to the table.) 
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines 
  • Relevant experience using SEO and social media monitoring tools 
  • A demonstrated passion for interactive, social and mobile solutions and knowledge of how to leverage each to achieve marketing goals 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and client management skills
