We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager with a background in retail or consumer goods who knows where to market our brand on the web. The right person will have an immediate impact as the subject matter expert promoting their innovative ideas to all levels. Someone with a track record with industry technologies and trends in order to execute campaigns is needed. This position is responsible for leading our paid digital marketing channels to drive aggressive growth of qualified website visitors across prospect and branded traffic segments. Directing all digital advertising through our best in class software tools and vendor partnerships, while implementing and testing new programs to ensure long-term targets are met is the goal in this newly created role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately forecast website visits and advertising budgets necessary to hit company sales and acquisition goals by partnering with the ecommerce team.
  • Direct the aggressive growth of Google/Bing/Yahoo search engine marketing programs through the development of new campaigns that align with brand positioning, core products, and seasonal merchandise collections while achieving stable ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Comparison Shopping Engine websites and Google Product Listing Ads by ensuring our product data feed is optimized for each channel.
  • Manage display and video-based advertising programs leveraging customer data and website behavior to personalize messaging and optimize ROI.
  • Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts by prioritizing opportunities to improve organic traffic, including contributing to the digital content development process.
  • Coordinate advertising and marketing campaign support of paid social media channels with our Inbound Marketing team.
  • Identify and test new digital marketing channels that grow our online presence.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, report, and improve campaign performance.

Knowledge and Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, or related field
  • 7+ years of online marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies, techniques and trends
  • Supervising others in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
