Under direction of the Director of Digital Marketing, assist in the development, management and execution of digital marketing plans and tactics for all business-to-business and business-to-consumer lines of business (LOBs). The development of these plans requires thorough knowledge of the functional areas involved, the competitive environment, leading digital marketing practices within the space and familiarity with the financials, goals and objectives of the units assigned.
Position does not have direct Profit & Loss responsibility, but shadow accountability for revenue growth and driving lower cost to serve/acquire. Expected to work closely with Digital Channel leaders as well as the Insights team in measuring and tracking performance and volumes against established goals. Serve as a key liaison between marketing team members and digital/social team members. Responsible for the daily interface and operations of the digital marketing team to ensure that digital marketing channels are fully coordinated with marketing activities within specific campaigns and across the marketing team as a whole. Must be able to manage the execution of the tactical digital marketing and social media plans developed in support of annual business objectives. Balance competing priorities and changing conditions across the regional footprint of the organization.
Responsible for producing the analytics dashboard and managing the reporting processes for digital marketing and social media campaigns and will be called upon to present results to a variety of audiences across the enterprise. Develop and maintain strong relationships across a wide range of constituents, including business/functional unit leaders, front line colleagues as well as key internal partners including Public Relations, Operations/IT, Legal/Compliance and the other Marketing support functions (Creative Services, research, analysis, tracking and reporting (Corporate Intelligence and Marketing Insights), Digital Channels, etc.)
