Wenger Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team!As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation’s strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating engaging content, managing influencer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing projects. This position supports the company’s branding and growth initiatives across digital channels, including websites, email, blogs, and social media.

What you will do on a typical day:

Content Creation & Copywriting:

  • Develop compelling content for web pages, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with the brand voice, meets SEO best practices and is appropriately edited.

Influencer Recruitment & Management:

  • Identify and recruit influencers and content creators who align with Wenger Corporation’s values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to support campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate influencer performance metrics to optimize partnership strategies.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing projects across teams and external vendors, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Maintain content calendars and monitor project timelines.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, including social media, website and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign data to track performance and suggest improvements.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all digital content.
  • Act as a steward of the brand in interactions with influencers and partners.

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer management, or content writing. 
  • Proficiency Google Analytics for SEO analysis 
  • Proficiency in web page design and content management software (e.g. Shopify, WordPress) 
  • Proficiency in creative content writing and editing.

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience in the music, performing arts, or related industries. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Klaviyo). 
  • Familiarity with CRM platform (Shopify) and social media management software (e.g. Hootsuite, SocialPilot)
