Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our creative, fast-paced, and dynamic marketing team. The Digital Analytics Specialist will manage website tagging for accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, with the goal of boosting revenue and efficiency across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain tagging to ensure data is properly collected for analysis and reporting.

  • Assist in the development/execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve website performance.

  • Advise/assist web development team in testing/optimizing conversion and analytics tagging.

  • Use a variety of tools to analyze data from digital marketing channels and provide data-driven, actionable recommendations.

  • Evaluate website and marketing channel data to develop/apply strategies that boost conversion rates, revenue, and user experience.

  • Manage marketing data collection/distribution to enhance performance while navigating growing privacy and regulatory demands.

  • Maintain reporting best practices for a variety of marketing platforms/systems.

  • Assist in the development of new reporting tools and capabilities.

  • Prepare/distribute performance reports.

  • Support/train business partners and vendors with their data and reporting needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience with website and digital marketing analytics for companies/agencies with extensive paid search and paid social marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking codes and pixels by using browser extensions and inspecting source code.
  • Familiarity with building URLs with tracking parameters.
  • Detailed, hands-on knowledge of Google/Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience creating conversion rules in platforms such as Google Ads and implementing them through various tag management systems.
  • Experience using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Launch and a strong understanding or rules, data elements, extensions and environments preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of website, marketing, and digital advertising objectives and nomenclature.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau dashboards and/or other data visualization tools a plus.
