The Designer – Creative Strategy and Branding role develops creative and innovative designs for collateral, marketing materials, product packaging, advertising, direct mail, etc. that support key business strategies. You are a strategic problem solver that works well under pressure and knows how to impact an audience. This role takes inspirational direction from the Art Director and out-puts simplified and targeted design solutions through excellent typography and layout skills. Capable of leading the creative aspects of a project and being able to work under minimal direction. Critical to the position is the ability to present strategy, critically evaluate briefs and exercise a high degree initiative and independent judgement.
This is a Chicago-based, hybrid position that will require on average, two days a week in our downtown office location.
