The Creative Resource Manager (CRM) will play a pivotal role in maximizing the creative operational workflow and managing creative resources and processes across the department, including both internal teams and third-party freelancers. The Creative Resource Manager should have a strong understanding of each team member’s strengths to appropriately delegate projects. The CRM must be skilled in communication and problem-solving to be able to lift roadblocks and find solutions to keep the integrity of project timelines. This role requires a highly creative background to fully understand the creative workflow process, ensuring that projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently. The CRM will manage the creative budget, creative subscriptions, freelancers and allocate resources strategically to meet project and department demands. This role will require working cross-functionally within the department, taking the initiative to educate and update other teams on creative projects, high-priority tasks, strategies, collaborations and new processes.
Additionally, the CRM will be a key player in brand integration, using metrics and data to refine campaigns, optimize workflow processes, and strengthen the Wintrust brand. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as the CRM will regularly collaborate with marketing leaders, present ideas, and ensure alignment across teams. By leading these efforts, the CRM will help structure innovative and cohesive creative campaigns, processes, and collaborative workflows that align with Wintrust’s goals and vision.
