Position Summary:

The Creative Project Manager is a resourceful go-getter, with entrepreneurial skills, who, in partnership with our Creative Resource Manager connects appropriate people and resources to get projects done.You've consistently demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, leverage new technologies and applied innovation to achieve success at the tactical level through program management.You're passionate about our member's experiences, skilled in timelines, creative and tracking a high quantity of marketing content and providing analysis about projects. The Creative Project Manager drives ownership and accountability and sees projects through completion. The ability to manage multiple working and communication styles is key.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes Workfront management tools to open jobs, confirm creative resources, schedule tasks and kick-off projects with production teams, creative partners and clients 
  • Ensures we scope and have work-back and or changing schedules aligned for campaigns across platforms 
  • Establishes strong relationships with internal teams while managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities 
  • Sets expectations with internal and external teams and handles prioritization for all work that comes through creative team 
  • Facilitates project related team meetings, communicate action steps and ensure all stakeholders have up to date status report access and clearly understand project milestones 
  • Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous 
  • Troubleshoots and advises creative teams and business partners of the effect changes will have on schedules, resources and budgets and provides recommendations

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in project management 
  • Strong organization and encouraging communication skills 
  • Experienced at constructive problem identification and solving 
  • Proficient in Workfront Team player with refined and positive leadership skills and strong ability to confidently influence change through solid rationale, supporting data and diplomacy 
  • Understanding of creative and creative development, including digital and digital trends 
  • Experience with all forms of digital marketing and tools

Preferred Requirements:

  • Highly tech literate 
  • Self starting, flexible, highly organized, detail oriented and reliable 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite 
  • Experience preferably at an agency or in a video production environment 
  • Experience on digital and traditional campaigns
