We are hiring a Creative Director to join our award-winning in-house agency team called “The Pulse”. You will be responsible for crafting creative ideas for our various brands and then executing those ideas across social and other digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and producing industry-leading, award-worthy brand concepts & activations. Use your expertise and apply pop culture and social media trends to deliver effective, on-brand and on-strategy creative.

You will be leading a creative team of designers and content creators that are responsible for developing creative brand assets for social and other platforms. Responsibilities range from creating big campaign ideas, high-production value digital videos to quick turn, low cost, buzz generating social posts, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

  • Create original digitally focused content in collaboration with our social media, design, and brand teams. Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal teams to create shareable content that will drive engagement and growth while ensuring consistency of brand and creative across digital consumer touch points. 
  • Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other designers closely on project deliverables. Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around feedback. 
  • Manage and inspire creative team consisting of content creators, copywriters, and designers to think bigger and more creative. Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives. 
  • Oversee the production process for major campaigns (alongside agency partners) and the production of internal video and photography assets. Includes the creative development and production of photography, videography and editing. 
  • Manage creative priorities, planning and organizing to efficiently meet timelines. Able to problem solve, effectively communicate (oral and written) and making group presentations as needed. Manage internal workflow and balance with the use of outside contract labor, when needed. 
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure creative initiatives align with strategic objectives. 
  • Maintain a high standard of creative output, ensuring that all creative materials are of the highest quality, on-brand, and on-strategy. 
  • Content Management - Responsible for archiving final files within established guardrails. Work with necessary teams to oversee smooth implementation of new content.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, graphic design or similar field and 8+ years of senior-level creative experience with team management at an agency or in-house agency preferred 
  • Experience with technology and a wide variety of software applications on a mac-based platform, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat) and MS Suite
