SECURA Insurance is hiring for a talented individual like you with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative visual solutions (print and digital) that elevate the SECURA brand, ensuring every design tells a compelling story. 
  • Coordinate design production by organizing electronic files, preparing artwork to precise specifications, and nurturing vendor relationships to guarantee top-notch quality, service, and pricing. 
  • Assist Marketing Supervisor in shaping brand strategy and creative direction, while embodying the role of a brand ambassador who consistency presents and articulates the SECURA brand strategy. 
  • Provide photographic support for associate portraits, corporate events, and marketing projects, capturing moments that resonate and inspire. 
  • Assist in video content creation, from production to editing and publishing, crafting engaging videos that captivate and inform our audience. 
  • Mentor marketing design intern, offering hands-on experience in design, time management, and creative processes, fostering the next generation of creative talent. 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, marketing, or related field and/or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum two years of design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, working knowledge of web development. 
  • Applied photography and videography experience (still photography, filming and editing of live action videos, and/or motion graphic video creation). 
  • Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects. 
  • Ongoing desire to explore new and emerging creative trends, technology, and techniques, and explore how they may apply to SECURA’s marketing strategy.
