The Role:

At Unlock, we are dedicated to health and believe in the power of creative to improve – and even save – people’s lives. We are looking for a big-thinking, digitally-savvy copywriter to concept and produce meaningful work for truly worthy clients and causes. You’ll work on integrated projects from concept to completion and gain valuable experience collaborating with our seasoned creative team, who puts creative excellence at the center of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just think outside the box – they question if the box should exist in the first place. Someone who’s always learning, iterating, testing, and optimizing along the way. If you’re driven by curiosity, energized by collaboration, and passionate about shaping ideas into innovative and effective storytelling, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with an Art Director to create breakthrough, on-strategy concepts across print, radio, digital, out-of-home, and video
  • Approach problems with a flexible mindset and offer multiple creative solutions
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
  • Embrace change and iteration, using data and insights to optimize ideas in real time
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Present work clearly and persuasively, articulating both the creative vision and strategic thinking

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of agency experience preferred
    • Concepting and producing across traditional and digital platforms
    • Radio and video experience a plus
  • A strong creative portfolio is required, showcasing innovative advertising and uniquely crafted storytelling
  • A digitally-minded, forward-thinking approach to storytelling and creative development
  • A conceptual thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A love for the written word and the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and powerfully
