Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your associate degree, or equivalent experience, and three years in administrative or logistical support roles to collaborate with our corporate communications team to conduct routine brand management activities including sourcing, ordering and delivery of ATC branded items, providing customer support for those who are placing orders for branded materialsand coordinate and supporting photography and videography services.
In addition, you’ll use your attention to detail to process invoices and purchase orders. Through collaboration with team members you will coordinate logistical needs for organizational events including invitation management, facilities set up, catering and materials preparation. You’ll also provide administrative support of organizational surveys, including the creation within the survey tool, monitoring participation during survey window and distribution of result reports. You’ll support ongoing internal communications by maintain department SharePoint pages
