As the Corporate Communications Specialist – HR, you will help drive the global corporate communications strategy. In partnering with our HR teams you will evelop communications across the employee life cycle, this role will cover employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, job architecture, employee resource groups, engagement surveys and wellness. You will have a proven track record in creating effective, targeted HR communications designed to engage, educate, and inspire our salaried and hourly employees.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Corporate Communications, you will help to strengthen the reputation of James Hardie as both an industry leader and a great place to work, enhancing our company reputation within the manufacturing industry and the regions in which we operate.
In this role you will leverage your expertise in written and creative content development to craft compelling People communications across a range of platforms, aligning with James Hardie’s mission, vision and values. In this role, you will combine strategic oversight with tactical execution, involving close collaboration with key HR stakeholders to drive successful communication initiatives. Your primary focus will be on internal communications campaigns with additional opportunities to support external communications campaigns as needed.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR content strategies across various communication channels, managing platform integration, crafting and refining engaging narratives, overseeing end-to-end campaign management, and coordinating with external agency partners.
In addition to these core responsibilities, this role will encompass cross-functional collaboration, with a particular focus on supporting our Human Resources corporate-wide programs on a global level. You will be a proactive and dynamic professional, eager to play a crucial role in elevating James Hardie’s Corporate Communications objectives and ready to play a crucial role in our company’s ongoing growth.
