Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Cote Hospitality brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides for all marketing materials.
- Monitor brand perception and identify opportunities to enhance brand equity.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage all aspects of paid social media campaigns, including campaign planning, budget allocation, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize website content and paid search campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
Digital Content Creation & Distribution:
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and video content that aligns with the brand strategy.
- Manage the distribution of content across all relevant channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, communications, revenue management) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including welcome emails, promotional offers, and post-stay communications.
- Build and maintain email subscriber lists.
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Website Management:
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Calendar & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that integrates the distribution of all marketing content across all channels.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate closely with sales, communications, revenue management, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
