As a copywriter and proven creative thinker, you will help generate breakthrough ideas and exceptional copy for some of the best brand experiences in the world. This is a dynamic position where you will support a variety of creative teams, projects and client groups, as well as new business pitches. If you’re someone who is culturally dialed-in, values collaboration, can write across mediums and is capable of everything from a pithy headline to longer-form content writing, let’s meet!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Craft compelling copy, develop extraordinary ideas, and help refine concepts and that come to life across multiple channels for both b2c (~60%) and b2b/pharma (~40%) clients 
  • Work with Creative Directors to help define concepts and campaigns 
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work together and elevate concepts/campaign 
  • Present your ideas in a compelling way—written and verbally—to internal audiences and clients 
  • Understand clients' business by staying tuned in to relevant news, competitive landscape, and related cultural events and trends 
  • Participate in creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment 
  • Actively support and engage in creating and sustaining a workplace that fosters creativity and innovation

Keys to success…

  • About five years of copywriting experience in an agency environment 
  • Superior writing skills with proven experience with message development and writing in different media (print, video, digital, narrative, presentations) 
  • High level of proficiency in copy and presentation platforms 
  • Excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time 
  • Demonstration of creative competencies: client focus, accountability for results, organizational sophistication, ingenuity and communicating ideas
