Content Marketing Associate

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate to join the RyTech content marketing team. As a Content Marketing Associate, you will work with clients to understand what makes them unique, as well as research industry trends. The Content Marketing Associate will be instrumental in developing compelling content that enhances our clients’ digital presence across all communication platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, blogs and other multimedia needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, develop and execute forward-thinking content strategies that align with client goals and brand voice. 
• Write, edit, and proofread content for a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. 
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing teams to create synergistic visual and written content that enhances overall campaign performance. 
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials. 
• Analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations for content optimization. 
• Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust content strategies accordingly. 
• Participate in client meetings to gather insights and feedback that inform content development. 
• Effectively communicate reporting or content strategy to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital content creation. 
• Experience with SEO and an understanding of how content marketing, SEO, and social media work together. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with content optimization tools. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video scriptwriting and production. 
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Proven track record of increasing engagement through creative content strategies.

• Fully Remote (Residency in Chicago or Milwaukee is required; in-person team meetings twice per quarter) 
• Salary $50,000-$55,000/year and based on experience
