- Plan and execute marketing plan for upcoming seasons in collaboration with other departments
- Develop strategies to broaden engagement with a variety of audiences including potential/inactive visitors, families, millennial, and Gen Z audiences
- Coordinate and develop and improve project management system ensuring on-time delivery, efficient processes for workflow
- Manage production schedule and maintaining a steady flow of communication within the team and across departments
- Implement and oversee a system of feedback and evaluation including data-analysis and adjust
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Organize and communicate deadlines and needs effectively
