What you'll get to do:

As the Content and Marketing Manager at ASI you'll be responsible for content strategy and creation, marketing planning and execution, and project and people management. You will work as a part of the Experience team and will provide leadership for the marketing/communications team, collaborate organization-wide to engage and grow our audience base, keep the ASI brand consistent, improve processes, and help tell ASI stories across a variety of platforms.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

  • Provide guidance, support, and foster team growth 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendor
  • Clarify roles and expectations for team members and stakeholders 
  • Lead and oversee the editorial process, ensuring high-quality content across all channels 
  • Manage vendor relationships

CONTENT STRATEGY AND CREATION

  • Develop and manage content creation processes 
  • Oversee content and asset management systems 
  • Set content strategy 
  • Direct publications with a focus on brand consistency 
  • Strategize, develop, and implement creative approaches to outreach and messaging 
  • Evaluate and approve content for publication across all channels 
  • Implement comprehensive frameworks for storytelling across all channels, including social media 
  • Create systems to enhance and streamline narrative development

MARKETING PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

  • Plan and execute marketing plan for upcoming seasons in collaboration with other departments 
  • Develop strategies to broaden engagement with a variety of audiences including potential/inactive visitors, families, millennial, and Gen Z audiences 
  • Coordinate and develop and improve project management system ensuring on-time delivery, efficient processes for workflow 
  • Manage production schedule and maintaining a steady flow of communication within the team and across departments 
  • Implement and oversee a system of feedback and evaluation including data-analysis and adjust 
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes 
  • Organize and communicate deadlines and needs effectively

Requirements:

Here are the required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 5-7 years Content and Marketing management experience 
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, evidenced through professional work examples 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent oral communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Experience with content management systems and content strategy 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement 
  • Creative, proactive problem-solver 
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Graphic design/Design experience 
  • Short form video and storytelling experience 
  • Knowledge or interest in contemporary Nordic culture
