THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Specialist to support our communications lead. In this position, you will produce high-quality content that engages employees and builds brand recognition.
Your main duties will also include creating informative content to amplify our company and employee stories. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with an eye for visual design and strong organizational skills.
As key objectives for this role, you will:
- Draft and develop content for internal communications to support the broader business
- Create, edit, and manage intranet content log and schedule
- Support the communications lead by anticipating communication requests, understanding various audiences and constituencies, and managing requests and inquiries for the team
- Support internal and external communications and events
- Manage and support events logistics, including annual events calendar, town halls, and senior leadership meetings
Total Rewards:
The annual pay range estimated for this position is
$63,496.80 - $95,245.20 and is bonus eligible.
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum
of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be
determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and
alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there
will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
