POSITION SUMMARY:
In collaboration with the Creative Operations Manager the Project Manager will work to provide best practices within project management.
The Project Manager will help to ensure the delivery of exceptional communications and marketing work across the organization in keeping with the position’s guiding principles of creative excellence, efficient workflows and strong relationships. The Project manager is responsible for building strong internal relationships, overseeing day-to-day project workflow and managing timelines.
The Project Manager must thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative and bring a true passion for customer service. This position is in support of the full External Relations Team – made up of a talented group of researchers, writers, designers, digital team members, photographers, videographers, advocates, volunteers, vendors and other cross-functional internal teams. By enabling the team to do its best work this role helps Second Harvest Heartland to effectively tell its story, which greatly contributes to the organization’s efforts to fight hunger.
