Overview:

Ortho Molecular Products is a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements with over 35 years of stability and success in a team-focused, value-driven culture. This role is 100% on-site.

What to Expect:

  • Create and implement engaging internal communications campaigns that inform and inspire our workforce about strategic priorities, employee engagement, retention, and culture building. 
  • Translate data into clear and appealing info-graphics. 
  • Coordinate community engagement and outreach activities aligned with our mission. 
  • Collect stakeholder feedback and other data for ongoing evaluation of communications effectiveness; analyze and summarize results for incorporation into communications strategy and planning. 
  • Provide training on communications tools and strategies, as needed.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with 2-3 years of internal communications experience. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Use employee feedback to ensure clear and effective messaging to our hourly and salaried workforce. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask to meet department, customer and company needs. 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft products; experience with design software and photography desired.
