ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Brand Manager, Home Cleaning Strategy and Equity will champion a repositioning on the Pledge brand, internationally. The future of cleaning doesn’t have to look like our legacy – we are looking for someone passionate about brand exploration & reinvention. The Brand manager will lead the strategy creation and vision for brands that include Pledge, Blem and Pronto. The Brand manager will lead cross functional teams, both internal & agency, to craft the brands relationship with a new consumer. The Brand manager will champion the consumer in all you do, leveraging proven tactics as well as leading the marketing innovation to reach new outcomes. This role has a high degree of ambiguity & empowerment – we’re seeking new ideas, new ways of engaging with the consumer & new ways of creating a winning & lasting brand legacy.
