POSITION SUMMARY:

The Brand & Creative Services Project Manager is a key player in the successful execution of brand and creative projects, overseeing the entire workflow from conception to delivery. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are prioritized effectively, planned meticulously, and resourced appropriately. By facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, requestors, and creative teams, the Brand & Creative Services Project Manager ensures that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. This person is pivotal for integrating creative efforts with broader marketing strategies, driving the successful execution of projects that support the organization's goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for brand and creative projects, ensuring all tasks are organized and executed in a timely manner. This includes inbounding, scoping, tracking project progress, adjusting timelines as necessary, and maintaining visibility across teams. 
  • Prioritization and Planning: Assess incoming project requests based on strategic importance and resource availability. Develop detailed project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with marketing objectives. 
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically assign team members and resources to projects based on their expertise and current workload. This includes balancing competing priorities to optimize team performance and meet deadlines. 
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules that clearly define timelines and milestones, ensuring that creative outputs are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Facilitation: Act as a liason, obtaining necessary information such as materials and project requirements. Schedule meetings as necessary, including kick-off calls, to gather essential information, or review meetings with project stakeholders to facilitate feedback and manage the creative approval process. Create & manage appropriate folder structure in SharePoint to organize and house related materials. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including marketing leaders, brand/creative team members, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, address any concerns, and facilitate constructive feedback to enhance collaboration and alignment. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that all teams are aligned on project goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and creative input. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative outputs meet organizational standards and brand guidelines. This involves reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality, per project scope, before final approval and distribution. 
  • Process Creation & Improvement: Construct clear process guidelines, providing training to the team to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Continuously evaluate and refine workflow processes to identify areas for enhancement. Implement best practices and tools that promote efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. 
  • Key Vendor & Project Liaison: Create project schedule, coordinate calls & meetings, provide materials & assets, and assist in overall workflow for large & ongoing projects such as photography & video shoots and printed catalogs (price book & look book).
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 
  • 3+ years of project management or related experience required 
  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Wrike) and implementation 
  • Thorough understanding of internal creative functions and process (design, copy, photography, video, etc.) and marketing fundamentals (social media, email, advertising, etc.) 
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and process-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic 
  • Proven expertise managing multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience communicating with clients and creatives a plus 
  • Flexibility to effectively work with others from different culture, work habits, and management styles 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team 
  • Demonstrates a “roll up your sleeves” initiative to get the job done 
  • Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually
