We are looking for a ACD/Copywriter in Minneapolis or Chicago to join our creative team. Here are a few things we already know about you:

ABOUT THE GIG:

  • Understand our clients’ business challenges, develop compelling integrated creative ideas based on strategies, write scripts, posts, headlines and copy that help our clients move their businesses forward—with minimal supervision 
  • Present your work effectively internally and to clients 
  • Deliver big ideas consistently; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses (and prospective clients) 
  • Dive deep into culture so that your concepts are relevant and resonate 
  • Team up with art directors and designers from concept thru production 
  • Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media 
  • Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing culture across mediums 
  • Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Can think of big ideas and write compellingly for long and shortform needs 
  • A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in unexpected ways 
  • Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development 
  • Deep experience with social and/or cross-cultural audiences a plus 
  • Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
