Media Bridge Advertising is an agency in Minneapolis, MN that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. We are seeking a full-time ART DIRECTOR.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN ART DIRECTOR

  • Work from strategic briefs to generate fresh creative ideas, develop concepts and designs and execute polished work that helps our clients move their businesses forward. 
  • Develop and maintain the visual look of projects, ensuring the work is consistent, distinct, engaging and that communication is clear. 
  • Work closely with fellow creatives to push your ideas and each other to continually deliver the best, most effective work possible. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including client relations, production, strategy and media. 
  • Meet deadlines and requirements for every project milestone, from kickoff to final delivery. 
  • Show up every day with a positive, constructive and collaborative attitude, even under pressure. 
  • Stay on top of trends and new channel formats, absorbing ideas from culture, digital, social media, etc

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • You're an Art Director with 4-8 years experience developing and producing idea-driven, integrated campaigns. 
  • You have a strong sense of graphic design with a demonstrated understanding of typography, color theory and composition. 
  • You have work that shows you embrace all channels and media, including print, broadcast, digital, social and experiential. 
  • Your portfolio shows off your strategic smarts, boundary-pushing creativity and versatility across all media. 
  • You're proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite. Motion graphics and Figma skills are a plus. 
  • You love working with fellow creatives to concept, refine, present and bring your ideas to life.

SALARY: $75,000-$95,000 Depending on Experience and Qualifications.
