The Account Coordinator will support the regional Moroch office and account team for the execution and development of marketing programs for assigned Co-ops to assist the team with any and all tasks to meet and exceed client expectations. Primary responsibilities include administrative support for the account team and coordination of McDonald’s co-op related programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company policy for Loss Control Measure is understood and adhered to
  • Work effectively with the accounting department to resolve billing issues
  • Manage P.O. vendor invoices
  • Manage office supplies
  • Manage client meeting expenses within approved client budget
  • Develop strong relationships with all Co-op O/O and regional staff according to McDonald’s Agency Standards
  • Establish and build strong personal and working relationships with designated client contacts to insure Moroch maintains a Relationships Map contact (refer to McDonald’s Agency Standards)
  • Establish the clients respect and confidence as a trusted member of the account service team
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure client commitments are fulfilled on time
  • Follow through on all commitments to clients
  • Solicit approval from the account team on all communication and presentation documents
  • Publish error free and timely monthly communication to clients and restaurants
  • Assist with all preparation of client meetings
  • Enter approved broadcast traffic instruction into METS
  • Work in conjunction with the account team to execute promotions, events, communication and relevant correspondence
  • Complete all purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Participate in media added-value planning and assist with execution of approved programs
  • Work with Account Team in the execution of agency responsibilities to the Ronald McDonald House(s)

Successful candidate will have:

  1. Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years advertising/marketing experience
  2. Be an expert in PowerPoint
  3. Work well under pressure
  4. Have well-rounded experience (campus activities, community involvement, etc.)

Education &/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or 2+ years’ experience in advertising or marketing agency, media, public relations and/or combination of internship, office or equivalent combination of education & experience

  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
