ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Special Events Support:
- Administrative support for events to include, but not limited to, marketing, mailings, generating on-line registration forms, reservations, nametags, inquiries, generating various data lists and correspondence.
- Manage One Cause database for Auction.
- Item tracking for Auction.
- Assist as point of contact for Auction committee and special event volunteers.
- Assist, as needed, on event days.
2. Marketing Communications (Digital and Print):
- Assist and/or manage the content creation and execution of digital and print communications that support fundraising and alumni relation effort, including but not limited to social media, invitations, emails, event programs, videos and publications.
- Assist and manage content creation for financial support and alumni relations web pages/portals.
- Monitor the development@muhs.edu and auction@muhs.edu email accounts.
3. Data Base Management:
- Assist with database updates, maintenance and other efforts as needed.
- Provide support in generating donor reports as well as other reports as requested.
- Assist with event gift entry and registrations and generate appropriate acknowledgement letters as requested.
4. General Administration:
- Assist in budget management by preparing and tracking purchase orders.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
