Job Description
The Account Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing and partnering across digital channels for one of our largest global accounts. In this role, you will partner closely with our client's .com teamand act as a primary point of contact, and driver of new initiatives that reach across other scopes of work. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the .com space. They should also have experience launching campaigns and products in collaboration with cross-discipline teams. The Account Supervisor will work closely with Clients to identify their specific needs, business goals and help identify and implement products, processes and services that help achieve their goals and grow the relationship.
The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing the client’s ongoing business and needs to comprehend both the day-to-day business, as well as be able to develop Testing, Targeting, and Analytics across the business for the client, in partnership with internal teams who deliver these services. The Account Supervisor and the Client Partner work closely together to identify growth areas for the client(s) and deliver strategic recommendations on a frequent basis to help the client expand or uncover new opportunities across acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win back areas.
The Account Supervisor also must have a demonstrated ability to grow their direct reports and empower them with the ability to lead the day-to-day, allowing those team members to shine in front of the client while the Account Supervisor focuses on strategic recommendations, but can step in on day-to-day topics as issues or opportunities arise.
