This role is designed as a stepping stone for an aspiring leader ready to take charge of client communications, account strategy, and team collaboration. The Account Supervisor will not only manage existing accounts but also play a vital role in building out our account function.

This position is a true growth opportunity, with a clear path toward becoming an Account Director in the near future. To support this vision, you’ll collaborate closely with a senior consultant who will provide mentorship and guidance as you step into a pivotal leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for all current accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, efficiency, and strategic insight.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, secure renewals, and expand account scope.
  • Process Development: Establish and refine account management processes to scale our capabilities and position the agency for long-term growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with our cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, and development, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Performance Excellence: Set objectives and KPIs for each account, track progress, and drive continuous improvement to meet both client and agency goals.
  • Experience and Energy: 8-15 years of relevant experience in account management, with a proven track record of client success and team collaboration. You should be eager to take on a role with significant growth potential.
  • Leadership Potential: A natural communicator and collaborator who’s ready to lead client relationships while also building a scalable account management function.
