Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for all current accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, efficiency, and strategic insight.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, secure renewals, and expand account scope.
- Process Development: Establish and refine account management processes to scale our capabilities and position the agency for long-term growth.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, and development, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Performance Excellence: Set objectives and KPIs for each account, track progress, and drive continuous improvement to meet both client and agency goals.
