We are looking for a full-time on-site Account Executive. You will manage client accounts, develop and implement marketing and PR strategies, provide strategic counsel to clients, and play a key role in driving client growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts from strategy development to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and internal departments (Account, Creative, PR, and Operational) to deliver exceptional client service. 
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities, fostering strong, long-term relationships. 
  • Plans and facilitates client meetings. 
  • Manage client communication, effectively managing expectations and project scope. 
  • Oversee billing and invoicing. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Generate reports to track client progress and campaign performance. 
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth integration process. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information. 
  • Develop creative content across various formats (video, print, web, etc.) to bring client stories and ideas to the public.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing client accounts and delivering results, preferably in an agency environment 
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and industry best practices 
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, business or related field 
  • Proven ability to facilitate effective in-person and online meetings 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and people under tight deadlines 
  • Superior communication, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Certifications in public relations or related field are a plus 
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management software is a plus (We use Function Point and Basecamp.) 
  • Familiarity with media monitoring, data measurement, and analytics tools
